Yes, transportation is included. We offer pick-up and drop-off services from most hotels on the West side of Hawaii Island, Kona Airport, and four central meeting points. If your location isn’t listed, please contact us to confirm your pick-up location before booking your tour.

Guests with specific health concerns or mobility issues should inform us in advance to ensure we can accommodate their needs effectively.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, closed toed shoes and bringing a hat, rain jacket, reusable water bottle, camera, snacks, and any other personal items you may need. 

If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, please inform us at the time of booking or as soon as possible. 48 hours prior to your tour date is required. We strive to accommodate our guests' needs to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. 

Our cancellation policy requires notice at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will not be refunded.

Yes, a picnic dinner and dessert are included, along with bottled water and an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages. 

We will confirm your booking details and assigned pick-up time at least 24 hours prior to your tour. If we have not made contact or you are still unsure of your booking details please contact us directly at reservations@wayfindhawaii.com. 

Yes, this tour is family-friendly. However, parents should assess their child’s ability to participate comfortably, as the tour involves walking on uneven terrain and a considerable amount of time driving. 

Yes, there are restroom stops available at every stop on this tour. Restrooms are not available in the vehicle. 

If you miss your pick-up time, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that this will delay the tour from proceeding on schedule and you will not be issued a refund for activities missed due to this delay. We ask that you confirm your pick-up times at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour and arrive at least 15 minutes early to your pick-up location the morning of your tour. 

Our vehicles are equipped with charging ports for your convenience, but we recommend bringing a charging cable and/or a portable charger as well.
